Welcome to the Health Care Practice Research & Development Unit

The Health Care Practice Research & Development Unit (HCPRDU) is one of five Research Centres within the Institute of Health and Social Care Research, at the University of Salford.

Our primary research focus lies on the evaluation of health and social care interventions and service configurations and the work we carry out is explicitly interdisciplinary and interprofessional with members from across all three schools in the Faculty.

Our centre lies within the School of Nursing, alongside the Salford Centre for Nursing, Midwifery and Collaborative Research (SCNMCR.)
