Our research is organised through the Institute for Health and Social Care Research and its centres:
- Centre for Public Health Research (CPHR)
- Centre for Rehabilitation and Human Performance Research (CRHPR)
- Salford Centre for Nursing, Midwifery and Collaborative Research (SCNMCR)
- Salford Centre for Social Work Research (SCSWR)
Our research projects cover the spectrum of health and social care and involve working with a wide range of partners including the Department of Health, local agencies and organisations and service users and we are excited by the considerable growth in activity, in all areas, over the last few years.
Postgraduate Study
Because of our diversity, we attract students from all walks of life and this helps to create a vibrant and dynamic postgraduate research environment.
